TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once a booking is confirmed, the company requires the client to pay 50% depositto our account.
Once a given number of participants are booked for an event, the company shall invoice payment as per the booking for the booked number or below.
In case the number goes high, invoicing shall be done AS PER THE ATTENDANCE.
In case of cancellation, no refunds shall be made in an event when a client fails to notify the hotel of any changes that warrants them not to show up.
Strictly the hotel DOESN’T ALLOW food from outside
